摘　　要：新时代高校创新型人才的培育,应深度整合高校、产业和政府的优质资源,组成"三重螺旋(体)"协同开展创新创业教育。文章阐述了创新型人才的内涵,探讨了新时代高校国际化创新型人才培养路径,以及利用"一带一路"契机,有效协同本土化和国际化,在国际创新创业教育中体现中国元素。The cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities in the new era should deeply integrate the high-quality resources of universities, industries and governments to form a ＂triple spiral＂, and coordinate innovation and entrepreneurship education. Expounding the connotation of innovative talents, this paper discusses the path for international innovative talents training in universities in the new era, and how to use the ＂the Belt and Road＂ opportunity to effectively coordinate localization and interna- tionalization, reflecting Chinese elements in international innovation and entrepreneurship education.
