摘  要:在1.0mol/L硫酸介质中,基于痕量镉催化过氧化氢氧化甲基紫发生褪色反应的原理,建立了测定痕量镉的催化分光光度检测方法,探索了影响催化反应检测方法的动力学条件。Cd^(2+)浓度在4.0×10^(-5)~3.2×10^(-4)μg/mL范围内,线性回归方程为y=0.166x+0.043 2,相关系数R^2为0.999 5,土壤及大米中Cd^(2+)的添加回收率分别为94.1%~97.2%、92.3%~94.0%。方法的精密度为3.38%~4.02%。该法能用于土壤及大米实际样本中痕量镉的检测。In the 1.0 mol/L sulfuric acid,based on the principle of cadmium catalytic fading reaction with methyl violet by hydrogen peroxide,the catalytic spectrophotometry for determination of trace cadmium was established by exploration of the catalytic dynamicreaction conditions.The linearity of this method of Cd^2+concentrations were in ranging of4.0×10^–5-3.2×10^–4μg/mL was conducted with regression equation of y=0.166 x+0.043 2,correlation coefficient R-2 of 0.999 5.The recovery of this method in soil and rice were of 94.1%-97.2% and 92.3%-94.0% respectively.The precission of this method was conducted as of 3.38%-4.02%.This method can be applied to the trace cadmium determination in rice and soils samples in practic.
