广西现代农业展示型休闲农业园区盈利模式分析

摘　　要：广西现代农业展示型休闲农业园区的盈利方式主要有14种,可分为基础层、附加层、延展层3个层次。现有的盈利方式存在游乐项目跟风模仿,盈利期短;购物产品研发滞后,利润值低;网络技术应用不足,收益受限的问题。建议通过优化结构,增加供给;完善设施,提升质量;融资融人,发展升级;主题引领,创意为王;打造品牌,升级产品;借助网络,拥抱电商等策略应对解决。通过设计和实施现代农业展示型休闲农业园区的盈利模式,促进其结构优化,满足群众高水平需求,促进园区良性发展。Leisure agriculture has formed a variety of profit-making methods in the development of multi-industry integration.The combination of different methods has created a variety of profit models.There are 14 types of profit-making methods for display-type recreational agricultural parks of modern agriculture in Guangxi Province, which can be divided into three levels： base layer, additional layer, and extension layer.The existing profit-making methods include following limitations： imitation of amusement items, short profit period, lagging development of shopping products, low profit value, insufficient application of network technology and limited revenue.The problems above can be solved by such strategies ： optimizing structures and supply chains; improving facilities and qualities; attracting more investments and experienced workers; paying more attention to creativities; building brands as well as upgrading products; embracing e-commerce with network.Through the design and implementation of the profit model of modern agricultural display-type recreational agricultural parks, it will promote its structural optimization, meet the high-level needs of the people,and promote the sound development of the park.
