摘 要:搭建了搅拌式风力致热实验装置,进行风力搅拌致热实验,通过动态扭矩测试仪和数据采集仪记录了启动阶段及致热过程的相关数据。结果表明,启动扭矩受搅拌转速影响,转速越快,启动扭矩越大;在不考虑能量损失的理想状态下,特定时间范围内,搅拌时间越长温升越高;特定转速范围内,搅拌转速越快,搅拌介质温升速率越大。A stirring wind-heating test rig is built. The experiment of stirring wind-heating is carried out. At the same time,through dynamic torque tester and data acquisition instrument,the related values of the start-up and heating phase is recorded. The results show that the torque of the start-up processis influenced by the stirring speed. The higher the stirring speed is,t hegreater the torque of the start-up is. In addition,under the ideal condition without considering the energy loss,the higher the stirring speed is,the faster the temperature rise of the stirring working fluid is. Within a certain time range,the longer the stirring time,the higher the temperature rises.
