摘  要:针对某燃煤电厂中速磨煤机制粉系统冷风率偏高导致锅炉效率下降的问题,建立了中速磨煤机的热平衡计算模型。通过计算分析可知,煤中水分含量对磨煤机进出口温度影响较大,且煤中水分每增加1%,磨煤机入口热风温度相应增加约12℃。因此,在保证机组安全的前提下,通过降低冷风量来提高磨煤机出口温度即提高磨煤机入口热风温度,可以充分回收利用尾部烟气热量,提高锅炉热效率。该方法不需任何运行成本和设备投入,具有显著的经济效益。In view of the fact that in a practical operation of a coal-fired power plant, the higher cold air rate of medium speed mill coal pulverizing system causes the exhaust gas temperature to rise,which leads to the decrease of the boiler efficiency,a thermal equilibrium calculation model of the medium-speed mill is established. Through calculation and analysis, it can be seen that the inlet and outlet temperatures of the mill are greatly affected by the moisture content in the coal,and when the moisture of the coal increases by 1%, the inlet air temperature of mill will increase by12 ℃. Therefore,under the premise of ensuring the safety of the unit,by reducing the amount of cold air to increase the outlet temperature of the coal mill that is to increase the hot air temperature at the inlet of the coal mill, the tail flue gas heat can be fully utilized to improve the boiler thermal efficiency. This method does not require any operating costs and equipment investment,so the economic benefit is very significant.
