摘 要:提出了一种模拟电感的等效电路模型,并给出了其在RL振荡电路和一阶电路中的应用。通过建立电路方程组求解回转器输入端的伏安关系,推导出了模拟电感的等效电路模型,及实现负电感和负电阻的条件,并在此基础上用模拟电感构建了RL低频正弦波振荡电路和RL一阶电路,提出了这类RL一阶电路的约束关系式。利用等效电路模型得到的振荡频率值和暂态电流响应,与计算机软件仿真结果基本相符,验证了等效电路模型的正确性,为模拟电感电路的工程速算提供了理论基础。A kind of the simulated inductor equivalent circuit model was proposed,and RL oscillation circuit and RL first-order circuit with the equivalent circuit model were discussed.The simulated inductor equivalent circuit model and the conditions of negative induction and negative resistance were deduced after volt-ampere relation at the gyrator input was obtained by the circuit equations.On the basis of equivalent circuit model,RL low frequency sine wave oscillator and RL first-order circuit were established,and constraint equations of first-order circuit were proposed.The oscillating frequency and transient current were basically consistent with the software simulation.The simulation results verify the equivalent circuit model.The equivalent circuit model provides a theoretical basis for engineering rapid calculation.
