正五边形管排方式管束传热和流动阻力特性研究

摘  要:文章提出一种正五边形管排方式,对其传热和流动阻力特性进行了试验研究,并运用综合性能评价准则(performance evaluation criteria,PEC)将其与传统的正三角形管排方式进行了对比分析。结果表明:在雷诺数Re∈[9 000,22 000]范围内,正五边形管束比正三角形管束的努塞尔数Nu平均提高约9.3%,欧拉数Eu平均增加约13.4%,综合性能评价因子η在1.00~1.08之间,在高Re时正五边形管排方式更具应用价值。The regular pentagon tubes arrangement(RPTA)was presented,and its heat transfer and flow resistance performances was studied and compared with those of the traditional positive triangle tubes arrangement(PTTA)by comprehensive performance evaluation criteria(PEC).The results showed that in the range of 9 000-22 000 of Re number,the Nunumber of RPTA increased by an average of 9.3% and the Eunumber increased by an average of 13.4% compared with those of PTTA,respectively.The comprehensive performance evaluation factorηwas in 1.00-1.08.It has certain application value adapting RPTA in high Re number.
