摘 要:针对沥青混合料离析的问题,提出基于数字图像方法的沥青路面离析判定方法和离析标准;根据混合料的燃烧筛分结果和级配的分形维数,确定沥青混合料的级配离析程度及其与沥青路面构造深度的关系,建立采用沥青路面构造深度判定路面离析的标准。结果表明:图像法测得的构造深度与铺砂法大致一样,构造深度比1.05可作为沥青混合料离析的评定标准;离析标准的确立可快速、无损、准确地实现沥青路面离析判定。Aiming at the problem of asphalt mixture segregation, it was proposed to determine the segregation and related criteria based on the digital image method. According to the combustion screening results of the mixture and the fractal dimension of the gradation, the degree of gradation segregation of the asphalt mixture and its relationship with the structural depth of the asphalt pavement were determined, and criteria for determining segregation using the structural depth of asphalt pavement were established. The results show that the structural depth measured by the digital image method is approximately the same as the result by sand-laying method, and the structural depth ratio of 1.05 can be used as the evaluation criterion for the asphalt mixture segregation. With the establishment of the criteria, the determination of segregation can be done in a quick, nondestructive and accurate manner.
