摘 要:针对山区高速公路桥头台背填土高度较大、回填料种类不一、台背回填施工进度较快、台背回填料的压实受作业空间限制等情况,提出了一种袖阀管注浆施工方法——袖阀管劈裂二次注浆法,并结合具体工程实例,对加固后的效果进行评价。结果表明:桥头台背袖阀管劈裂二次注浆能有效地将原来相对松散的台背填料胶结形成一个强度高、压缩性低、抗渗性高和稳定性好的整体,从而减少台背回填料的压缩沉降和水蚀,达到减少桥头"跳车"等病害的目的。Due to the large backfill height, different types of backfills, the rapid progress of backfilling and the limitation of work space for backfilling of bridge abutment of expressways in mountain areas, a secondary split grouting method with the sleeve valve pipe was proposed. Combined with specific engineering examples, the effect of abutment reinforcement was evaluated. The results show that the secondary split grouting method with the sleeve valve pipe can effectively bind the originally loose backfill to form a whole with high strength, low compressibility, high impermeability and good stability. As a result, the compression settling and water erosion of the abutment backfill are reduced to achieve the goal of reducing the bumping and other diseases of the bridgehead.
