摘 要:本新型地连墙用可焊抗腐型垫板的设计思想是利用地连墙用可焊抗腐型垫板板身在土体、地下水或海水接触时不易发生电解腐蚀的特点,从根本上杜绝地连墙腐蚀通道的产生,有效的保证地连墙主筋保护层厚度,提高了钢垫板附近混凝土抗裂、抗剥离的能力,阻断钢垫板与钢筋笼的锈蚀路径,避免了钢筋笼主筋出现锈蚀的问题,具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。A new diaphragm wall is seated on the weldable corrosion proof steel plate that is embedded in the soil, and is not prone to electrolytic corrosion, thereby having stopped the corrosion channel at the very offset, and effectively protected the concrete cover over the reinforcement, enhancing the concrete resistance to cracking and spalling due to corrosion in the vicinity of the bedding plate, thus having prevented the corrosion to the reinforcement cage in the concrete. The application of the bedding plate has an obvious social benefit and economic benefit.
