双酚A与多囊卵巢综合征相关性的研究进展

摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是生育期妇女常见的生殖内分泌疾病,其发展过程中提出的病因假设包括激素代谢失调、表观遗传学、遗传缺陷和环境因素,对于其发病机制,目前尚不清楚,多数学者认为是环境因素和遗传因素等共同作用的结果。双酚A是环境内分泌干扰物的一种,是与PCOS疾病相关环境因素中研究较多的一种化合物,既可影响类固醇激素的生成、卵泡的生长发育以及卵巢形态,又可影响代谢、肥胖和胰岛素调节等。PCOS患者血清中的双酚A水平明显高于健康女性,且与血清睾酮和雄烯二酮及代表胰岛素抵抗的Matsuda指数呈正相关,同时可通过干扰促性腺激素或下丘脑促性腺激素释放激素的分泌可引起下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴功能的改变。通过多项研究可推测双酚A通过干扰代谢和卵巢功能机制影响PCOS疾病的发生发展。Polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS） is a common endocrine disorder in women of reproductive age,and the etiological hypotheses proposed in the development of PCOS include hormonal metabolic disorders,epigenetics,genetic defects and environmental factors. Its pathogenesis is not clear at present,and most scholars think that it is the result of the joint action of environmental and genetic factors and other factors. Bisphenol A is one of the environmental endocrine disruptors,which is a compound related to the environmental factors associated with PCOS,and can affect the formation of steroids,the growth and development of follicles and the morphology of the ovary,and it can also affect metabolism,obesity and insulin regulation. The level of bisphenol A in the serum of PCOS patients is significantly higher than that of the healthy women,and there is a positive correlation between the serum testosterone and androstenedione,which also has a positive correlation with the Matsuda index-representing insulin resistance. In addition,by interfering with gonadotropin or hypothalamic gonadotropin-releasing hormone secretion,the function of hypothalamic pituitary ovarian axis can be changed. Many studies suggest that bisphenol A can affect the development of PCOS through interfering metabolism and the mechanism of ovarian function.
