摘　　要：刘永福心怀搏虎驱狼之志,为保卫祖国边疆不遗余力,爱国信念坚定。他在与法国侵略者的交涉中正义凛然,充满了豪迈的抗敌气概。19世纪70年代初刘永福率黑旗军固守越南保胜一带,有效迟滞了法国吞并越南北部进而窥视中国西南的图谋。自1873年12月刘永福率部克复河内省城以后,在纸桥、怀德、丹凤、左育等地多次与法军交战,创造了辉煌的战绩。1885年3月黑旗军在越北西线的抗法斗争,有力支援了老将冯子材在东线的胜利进军。With the aspiration to resist the enemy and firm patriotic faith,Liu Yongfu spared no effort to defend the frontier of the motherland.In his resistance to the French invaders,he was full of jusitce and heroic spirit.In the early 1870 s,he led the Black Flag Army to defend the Baosheng area of Vietnam,which effectively delayed France＇s attempt to annex the northern part of Vietnam and aggress into southwestern China.Since December 1873,he had led the army to retake the Hanoi province,and fought with the French army many times in the Zhiqiao,Huaide,Danfeng,Zuoyu and other places,which created a brilliant record. In March 1885,the Black Flag Army fought against France on the northwest line of the Vietnam,which helped General Feng Zicai to march victoriously on the eastern side.
