摘　　要：提出了一种技术成果成熟度的评价方法,构建了一套包括技术功能、技术创新、技术价值等3类一级指标和技术有效性、技术可靠性等15个二级指标的评价指标体系。运用自行设计的"技术成果成熟度评价量表",为科技管理、特别是技术成果的转移转化工作,提供了简单、实用的操作工具。通过对中国科学院沈阳分院系统各研究所22个技术成果的案例分析,验证了该套指标体系和评价量表的有效性和实用性。Proposing an evaluating method of technological achievements maturity, constructing an evaluating index system which includes 3 categories of A level index — technology function, technology innovation, technology value, and 15 B level of technology effectiveness and reliability indexes. Using self-designed ＂technological achievements maturity rating scale＂, it offers a simple, practical operational tool for technology management, especially for the technological achievements transferring work. Through the 22 technological achievements case analysis of Shenyang branch, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, it proves the effectiveness practicability of this index system and rating scale.
