摘 要:粉煤灰膏体充填开采是目前最为有效的控制上覆岩层破坏的开采技术之一。结合邢台矿区实际情况,建立数值模型,就充填体强度和充填率这2个最主要充填参数对上覆岩层控制的影响程度进行了数值模拟研究,并比较分析了两者对地表下沉值的影响规律。结果表明,充填体强度对地表的最大下沉量起着重要的作用,保证足够高的充填率是分层膏体充填开采达到预期效果的重要前提。当充填体强度为1.5~3.0 MPa时,地表最大下沉值随强度的减小呈线性增大,而充填体强度小于1.5 MPa时,地表最大下沉值迅速增大;充填率减小,地表下沉值逐渐增大,且变化的幅度基本是均匀的。The fly ash paste filling mining is one of the most effective mining technologies to control the overlying strata failure. Based on the actual situation of Xingtai mining area,a numerical model was established,the influence degree of the two main filling parameters on the control of overburden rock was numerically studied in terms of filling strength and filling rate,the influence of the two on the surface subsidence was also analyzed. The results showed that the filling strength plays an important role in the maximum subsidence of the surface,it is an important prerequisite to ensure that the filling rate is high enough to achieve the desired effect,the maximum surface subsidence increases linearly with the decrease of the intensity when the filling strength is 1. 5 MPa to 3. 0 MPa. The maximum surface subsidence increases rapidly when the filling strength is less than1.5 MPa. The filling rate decreases and the surface subsidence increases gradually,and the amplitude of change is basically uniform.
