摘 要:为了确保高河煤矿低浓度瓦斯蓄热氧化发电机组的安全稳定运行,并实现发电项目降本增效的目的,需要将煤矿乏风与抽采瓦斯进行安全、稳定、均匀、高效混配。采用基于动态连续掺混系统的多气源掺混技术,分析了不同气源的瓦斯流量、压力、浓度等参数特征和掺混系统之间的影响规律,并根据各管道传感器与阀门调节对掺混效果的影响,得到了有效的操作流程和关键技术参数。结果表明:基于动态连续掺混系统的多气源掺混技术实现了热态下(氧化炉RTO、锅炉、汽轮机、发电机组及电能上网等系统不停机且稳定运行)掺混系统按需自由切换并合并各路气源,从而确保瓦斯发电机组的稳定运行,同时降低运行成本,增加了发电收入。In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the low concentration gas thermal storage and oxidation generator set in Gaohe Coal Mine,achieve the goal of reducing the cost and increasing efficiency on power generation,it is necessary to mix the coal mine ventilation air methane and extraction gas in a safe,stable,uniform and effective way. Using multi-gas mixing technology based on dynamic continuous mixing system,the influence law between mixing system and parameter characteristics such as gas flow,pressure and concentration was analyzed. According to the influence of each pipe sensor and valve regulation on mixing,effective operation process and key technical parameters were obtained. The results showed that on account of mixing technology based on dynamic continuous mixing system,the mixing system( the system is not shut down and in stable operation,such as oxidation furnace RTO,boiler,steam turbine,generator set and power grid),is free to switch and combine all roads of gas sources. It can ensure the stable operation of the gas generator set,reduce the running cost and increase the revenue from generating electricity.
