摘  要:针对下分层煤巷掘进工作面因巷道顶板破碎,导致锚杆支护锚固力、预紧力无法达标,掘进过程中易发生冒顶及煤顶垮落等问题,为消除作业安全隐患,提高工作面掘进效率,在沁秀公司岳城煤矿3号煤层Ⅲ1216运输巷工作面掘进过程中应用超前预注浆技术,以提高巷道围岩的稳定性。介绍了注浆钻孔的施工参数及注浆工艺,现场应用效果表明,超前注浆增加了工作面前方煤层顶板的完整性及强度,改变了顶板受力状态,提高了工作面过顶煤受压破碎区掘进作业的安全性,单班掘进效率提高了200%,巷道总体掘进速度提高了20%。In view of the problem that the bolting anchoring force and pre-tightening force can't up to standard,roof is easy to fall and collapse in the process of tunneling,which caused by the crushing of roadway roof in the working face of the lower slice coal roadway. In order to eliminate the hidden danger and improve the driving efficiency as well as the stability of roadway surrounding rock,the pre-grouting technology was used during the excavation process of Ⅲ1216 roadway in No. 3 coal seam in Yuecheng Coal Mine in Qinxiu Company. The construction parameters and grouting process of bore grouting were introduced. The field application results showed that the integrity and strength of coal seam roof in front of the working face was increased by pre-grouting,and the stress state of the roof was also changed,at the same time,the safety of driving in crushing zone of overburden coal in working face was improved. As a result,the efficiency of single-class driving was increased by200%,the overall driving speed of the roadway was increased by 20%.
