摘 要:为了分析风窗对风压和风量调节的影响,基于压能守恒方程和风压特性曲线,推导出风窗增设前后压能变化的表达式。以新集二矿局部巷道供风不足为基础,通过数值模拟巷道有无风窗的情况,得出增设风窗不会改变流入矿井的总风量,只会改变流入各条巷道风量的比例;会增大其所在支路的风流压力,降低风路的风量,同时增大与其并联风路的风量。结合工程实践,以某矿通风系统的改造为例,验证了风窗增设会改变各条巷道的风流压力和入口的风量,为现场风窗的调整提供了理论基础。In order to analyze the effect of air window on the regulation of wind pressure and air volume,based on the equation of pressure energy conservation and the characteristic curve of wind pressure,the expression of the pressure change before and after the air window was deduced. Based on the insufficiency of air supply in the local roadway of Xinji No. 2 Coal Mine,by numerically simulating the presence or absence of air window in roadway,it can be concluded that the addition of air window will not change the total air flow into the coal mine,it will only change the proportion of air flowing into each roadway,it will also increase the airflow pressure of its branch,decrease the air volume of the same wind road,and increase the air volume of the parallel wind road. Combined with engineering practice,taking the renovation of the ventilation system in a coal mine as an example,it was verified that the addition of air window will change the wind pressure at each roadway and the air volume at the entrance,providing a theoretical basis for the adjustment of on-site air window.
