摘 要:研制了一套废弃电路板表面焊接元件无损拆卸设备的控制系统,系统硬件由上位机和控制板及伺服驱动器组成,软件由上位机LabVIEW程序和控制板单片机程序组成,以实现电路板表面焊接元件的无损拆卸。实验测试表明,实验电路板上13个芯片的拆除率达到100%,完成时间为130 s,芯片完好率100%。控制系统具有响应速度快、控制精度高等优点。A set of control system of nondestructive dismantling equipment for surface welding components of discarded printed circuit board is designed. The system hardware consists of a upper computer, a control board and servo drives. The software is composed of the program of PC Lab VIEW and the single-chip microcomputer, for realizing the nondestructive disassembly of the welding element on the surface of the printed circuit board. The experimental test showed that the removal rate of 13 chips on the experimental circuit board was 100%, the completion time was 130 s, and the integrity of the chip was 100%. The control system has the advantages of fast response speed and high control precision.
