摘 要:利用基于有限元方法的COMSOL软件,仿真研究了由等离子体放电微管阵列组成的一维光子晶体的微波传输特性,讨论了微管中等离子体密度和阵列周期结构参数对一维等离子体光子晶体微波传输特性的调控作用。研究结果为微波段多通道滤波器以及动态微波器件的设计和制作提供了理论参考。The transmission properties of microwave passing through one dimensional plasma photonic crystals have been in- vestigated by simulation using the COMSOL Multiphysics 5.1 software. The plasma photonic crystals were formed by a series of plasma discharge tubes array. The transmittance of microwaves through the photonic crystals were simulated under different electron densities and geometric parameters. The relation between these parameters and the properties ofphotonic crystal band was discussed in detail. The research results of this paper provided the theory foundation for designing and fabricating multiple- channeled filters and dynamic microwave devices in one-dimensional plasma photonic crystals.
