摘 要:从相容剂方面来提高SBR/EPDM共混体系的共混性能,主要选用的相容剂为乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVM)、氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)、反式聚辛基橡胶、马来酸酐改性的乙烯丙烯共聚物。通过加入相容剂来提高共混配方的拉伸强度,撕裂强度,压缩永久变形,磨耗性以及耐臭氧性。并结合扫描电镜从微观方面来观察其相态。实验结果表明相对于没有加入相容剂的配方,加入相容剂在绝大多数性能上都有了不同程度的提高。In this paper, the blending properties of SBR/EPDM blends were improved from compatibilizers. The main compatibilizers used were ethylene vinyl acetate(EVM), chlorinated polyethylene rubber(CM), trans polyoctyl rubber, maleic anhydride modified ethylene propylene copolymer. The tensile strength, tear strength, compression permanent deformation, abrasion and ozone resistance of the blending formulation were increased by adding compatibility agents. And the scanning electron microscope is used to observe the phase state from the microscopic aspect. The experimental results show that the addition of the compatibilizer has improved in varying degrees of performance relative to the formulation without the compatibilizer.
