摘　　要：活络模花纹块是成型轮胎胎面花纹部分的重要部件,其花纹样式复杂多变,花纹块的加工质量直接影响到轮胎圆度、动平衡及表面的美观,本文针对不同材料不同花纹类型的花纹块加工方法及工艺等方面进行了分类和阐述。The segmented mold pattern block is an important part of tire tread pattern, and the pattern style is complex and changeable. The processing quality of the pattern block directly affects the roundness, dynamic balance and the appearance of the tire. This article has classified and elaborated for block processing methods and other aspects of different materials, different pattern types.
