摘 要:EPC总承包模式是一种可以有效融合各责任方、缓解各方矛盾、加强合作、减少分隔的项目管理模式,将EPC总承包模式应用到输变电工程的建设中可以有效提高建设效率,降低建设风险。在EPC总承包企业中,设计企业凭借设计的优势使得以设计企业为龙头的EPC总承包在承建项目时更能发挥主导作用,但施工管理是其总承包全过程管理的薄弱环节,存在着许多施工风险问题。本文将利用集对分析原理,建立集对故障树风险分析模型,结合输变电工程的特点,对以设计企业为龙头的EPC总承包在输变电施工中可能遇到的施工风险进行评价分析。EPC general contracting model is a kind of project management mode which can effectively integrate the responsible parties,alleviate the contradictions among the parties, strengthen cooperation and reduce the separation, and apply the EPC general contracting mode to the construction of power transmission and transformation projects can effectively improve the construction efficiency and reduce the Construction risk. In all kinds of EPC general contracting enterprises, the design institute has made the EPC general contract with the design institute as the leading factor in the construction project, but the construction process management is the whole process of the general contract management. Weak links, there are a series of problems. In this paper, we use the principle of set pair analysis to establish a set of risk analysis model of fault tree, combined with the characteristics of power transmission and transformation project, and analyze and analyze the risks that may be encountered in EPC general contracting.
