摘　　要：高速铁路在设计过程中,为实现结构体"零沉降",确保线路安全稳定,高速铁路路基软基处理的方案选择、施工质量控制显得尤为关键。在工程建设地基处理过程中,针对不同的地质条件和现场施工环境采取合理的处理方法,可确保工程施工质量,加快工程施工进度,提高经济效益效。针对新建南广铁路跨越贵港市区DK54+951.63~DK55+254.652段路基软基处理施工,介绍了预应力混凝土管桩定位、吊桩、喂桩、桩尖焊接、压桩、接桩、截桩施工工艺,采用了全站仪控制桩位及垂直度,桩尖及接桩焊接关键工序的质量控制等。该工艺具有施工方便快捷、质量可靠、造价相对便宜、应用范围广、安全风险小、环境污染少、无噪音等诸多优点,对类似路基地基处理施工,具有一定的借鉴意义。In the design process of high-speed railway, in order to realize the ＂zero settlement＂ of the structure body and ensure the safety and stability of the railway line, the selection of the scheme for the soft foundation treatment of the subgrade of the high-speed railway and the construction quality control are particularly critical. In the process of foundation treatment of engineering construction,reasonable treatment methods are adopted for different geological conditions and on-site construction environment, which can ensure the construction quality of the project, accelerate the construction progress of the project, and improve the economic efficiency. In view of the soft foundation treatment construction of the DK54 ＋951.63 ~DK55 ＋254.652 section of the newly-built Nanning-Guangzhou High-speed Railway, this paper introduces the construction technology of prestressed concrete pipe positioning, hanging pile, feeding pile, welding pile tip, pressing pile, connecting pile, cutting pile, etc. The construction process adopts a total station to control the position and verticality of the pile, and the quality control of the key steps of the pile tip and the welding of piles. The process has many advantages such as convenient and quick construction, reliable quality, relatively cheap construction cost, wide application range, low safety risk, less environmental pollution and no noise, and has certain reference significance for similar base road base construction and construction.
