摘　　要：为充分发挥政府在创新驱动发展中的作用,充分发挥企业主体的创新驱动作用,促进宝鸡制造业发展,依据创新驱动发展理论结合宝鸡工业企业科技创新的现状、创新资源、制造业的特点,深度分析宝鸡工业企业创新驱动发展存在的问题及原因。In order to give full play to the role of the government in innovation-driven development, give full play to the innovationdriven role of the enterprise and promote the development of Baoji＇s manufacturing industry, based on innovation-driven development theories and combined with the status quo of technological innovation of Baoji industrial enterprise, innovation resources and characteristics of manufacturing industry, an in-depth analysis of the problems and causes of innovation-driven development in Baoji industrial enterprise is carried out.
