摘　　要：建筑行业的不断发展,使得人们对建筑物质量和整体美观性的重视程度逐渐提升。在这种条件下,应加强建筑装饰工程管理力度,在提升建筑物整体美观性的同时,推进装饰工程顺利实施。而且当前在实施装饰工程管理时经常会应用到BIM技术,保证装饰工程各环节之间的连贯性,以提升装饰工程管理的有效性。本文将对装饰工程管理综合分析,细致阐述BIM技术在装饰工程管理中的应用,确保装饰施工管理人员对BIM技术有一个深入的了解。With the development of construction industry, people pay more attention to the quality and overall aesthetics of buildings.Under such conditions, the management of building decoration projects should be strengthened to promote the smooth implementation of decoration works while improving the overall aesthetics of the buildings. In addition, BIM technology is often applied in the implementation of the decoration project management to ensure the continuity of the various aspects of the decoration project, so as to improve the effectiveness of the decoration project management. This article will comprehensively analyze the decoration project management, elaborate the application of BIM technology in the decoration project management, and ensure that the decoration construction management personnel have a deep understanding of the BIM technology.
