摘　　要：在当前社会高速发展的时期,人口、资源、环境和发展之间的矛盾日益突出,优化土地资源利用,促进社会经济的健康可持续发展已迫在眉睫。因此,如何编制符合客观实际、顺应地方经济社会发展需求的城市总体规划具有重大的意义。本文结合康平县城市总体规划,并以此作为出发点,对规划的编制思想、规划的内容与创新等方面进行探讨,以期为康平县县域空间的发展提供指导和参考。In the current period of rapid social development, the contradiction between population, resources, environment and development has become increasingly prominent. It is imminent to optimize the utilization of land resources and promote the healthy and sustainable socio-economic development. Therefore, it is of great significance to draw up a master plan that conforms to objective reality and meets the needs of local economic and social development. Based on the overall urban planning of Kangping County, this article takes this as a starting point, and discusses the planning ideas, contents and innovation of the planning so as to provide guidance and references for the development of county space in Kangping County.
