摘　　要：专利联盟是促进企业技术创新的平台。由于契约不完全性的存在和"理性经济人"偏好的影响,专利联盟中存在着"反公共地悲剧",抑制了专利联盟的效率。互惠性合作是解决"反公共地悲剧"问题的有效途径,而互惠性合作策略有待培育和完善。The patent alliance is a platform for promoting enterprise technology innovation. Due to the incompleteness of the contract and the influence of the ＂reasonable economic man＂ preference, there is an ＂anti-public tragedy＂ in the patent alliance, which inhibits the efficiency of the patent union. Reciprocal cooperation is an effective way to solve the problem of ＂anti-public tragedy＂, and the strategy of reciprocal cooperation needs to be nurtured and perfected.
