摘 要:人民银行对纸币回收钱捆的质量要求的逐年提高,人民银行和各商业银行现金处理中心采用纸币清分包装流水线对纸币进行自动化处理逐渐成为的首选。然而,由于纸币清分扎把后不规则,直接导致在清分包装系统封装后的单捆数量偶尔存在差异,不符合人民银行"五好钱捆"的管理要求。为避免该现象的发生,汇金公司在纸币清分包装系统中采用了多种方法进行规避,本文系统介绍了针对多少把的问题,通过技术手段实现单捆钱把数量核验的方法。The People's Bank of China has been increasing the quality requirements for banknote recycling money bundles year after year. Automatic handling of banknotes through banknote clearing and packaging lines has gradually become the first choice for the People's Bank of China and various commercial bank cash processing centers. However, due to the irregularities after the banknotes are separated,the amount of single bundles after the packaging system is directly packaged is occasionally different, which does not meet the management requirements of the "five good money bundles" of the People's Bank of China. In order to avoid the occurrence of this phenomenon, Huijin used a variety of methods to circumvent the banknote sorting and packaging system. This article systematically introduced the method of realizing a single bundle of money and verifying the number of problems through technical means.
