摘  要:为探索利用黄粉虫资源化处理畜禽粪便的可行性,研究了在黄粉虫幼虫的常规饲料中添加不同比例的猪粪对其生长发育和抗氧化酶系统(SOD,POD,CAT)的影响。结果表明:随着饲料中猪粪含量的增加,虫体的生物量增长率、对饲料的转化率和利用率均逐渐下降,含水率逐渐升高;可溶性蛋白含量总体上也呈逐渐降低的趋势;在饲喂添加猪粪饲料的初期(第5 d,第10 d时),黄粉虫幼虫体内的抗氧化酶活性升高,后期(第20 d时)又有所降低,但在猪粪添加量为10%时,虫体抗氧化酶的活性与空白组比差异均不显著。研究表明,利用黄粉虫处理畜禽粪便是可行的,为畜禽粪便的生物质资源化利用提供了参考。In this paper, the larvae of yellow mealworm was fed by conventional feed which was mixed with definite proportions of swine manure, and explored the effects of mixed feed on its growth and the antioxidant enzyme system (SOD,POD,CAT), discussed the feasibility of using yellow mealworm to digest and utilize swine manure. The results showed that: with the increase of swine manure in the feed, the biomass growth rate, the conversion rate and utilization rate of the feed, and the content of soluble protein all decreased gradually, On the contrary, the moisture content increased; the activity of larvae's antioxidant enzymes improved at first and decreased later when fed by the mixed feed, but at the 10% of swine manure in the mixed feed, the activity of larvae's antioxidant enzymes showed no significant difference to the control group, which suggested that the addition of a little of swine manure in the conventional feed of yellow mealworm is feasible.
