滚珠丝杠副预加载荷分析

摘　　要：通过计算分析了滚珠丝杠副预加载荷产生的原因,确认了预加载荷与动态预紧转矩的转换关系。通过试验研究了预加载荷对滚珠丝杠副精度和刚度等的影响规律,并给出了实际应用中滚珠丝杠副预加载荷的处理。Causes of preload in ball screw were calculated and analyzed, and the conversion relationship between the preload and the dynamic preload torque was confirmed. The regular pattern on the impact of the preload to the accuracy and rigidity of the ball screw was experimentally studied, and the process on the preload in ball screw in practical application was given.
