摘 要:基于广东某高速公路工程建设,提出公路沥青路面结构内部排水系统的设计流程。研究表明,在路面结构内部,排水系统设计主要技术指标包括:(1)基层材料的力学强度;(2)基层排水能力,该指标主要取决于材料渗透系数、排水层厚度;(3)横向出水管和集水管排水能力,该指标主要取决于过水断面面积和水力半径、水力坡度;(4)路面渗水量,该指标主要取决于基层汇水面积和透水性。按照相关规范指标,本项目设置2.0 cm厚度的上层水泥浆体封堵排水基层,以及14.7 cm的有效厚度,排水基层材料和排水沟的渗透系数应取为1.636 cm/s,当排水管间距为40.5 m时,出水管和排水管的管径选为8.05 cm,自由水渗流时间为1.686 h,达到了规范要求。Based on the construction of a highway project in Guangdong,this paper puts forward the design process of the internal drainage system of the highway asphalt pavement structure. Research shows that,in the pavement structure,the main technical indexes of drainage system design include drainage capacity of drainage base,water permeability of pavement,transverse drainage and collecting pipe drainage capacity,and mechanical strength of drainage base material. On the road surface,the water infiltration and primary water permeability and catchment area. The drainage capacity is related to the thickness of the drainage layer and the permeability coefficient of the material. The drainage capacity of the horizontal pipe and the water pipe is related to the hydraulic gradient of the hydraulic radius and the area of the cross section. In the cement paste plugging depth is 2. 0 cm surface drainage base,effective drainage base thickness is 14. 7 cm,the coefficient of permeability of permeable base materials and drains shall be taken as 1. 636 cm/s,when the drain spacing is 40. 5 M,and the outlet pipe drainage pipe diameter is 8. 05 cm,the free water infiltration time was 1. 686 h,reached the standard.
