摘 要:构建了工程车辆翻新轮胎几何模型、有限元分析模型及变形特性试验系统,对翻新轮胎自由充气、自由旋转工况的变形特性进行了仿真及试验研究,并与国家标准进行对比分析,获得了自由充气、自由旋转工况翻新轮胎的径向变形、侧向变形等特性规律。结果表明:工程车辆翻新轮胎在自由充气工况下,径向变形和侧向变形均随着充气压力的增大而增大;自由旋转工况下,轮胎的径向变形与旋转速度成正比关系,侧向变形与旋转速度成反比关系;2种工况下翻新轮胎与同型号新轮胎的变形特性相似,但径向变形稍小于新轮胎。The computer geometry model, finite element analysis model and deformation characteristic test system of the engineering vehicle retreaded tire were constructed. The simulation and experimental study on the deformation characteristics of the free air inflation and free rotation of the engineering vehicle retreaded tire were carried out. And the radial deformation, lateral deformation and other characteristics of the engineering vehicle retreaded tire under the working condition of the free air inflation and free rotation were obtained by comparing with the national standards. The results show that the radial deformation and lateral deformation of the engineering vehicle retreaded tire increase with the increase of inflating air pressure under the free inflating working condition, the radial deformation of the engineering vehicle retreaded tire is directly proportional to rotation speed, and the inverse relationship between lateral deformation and rotation speed under the free rotation working condition.
