摘  要:以乘用车后悬架V形扭力梁为研究对象,对传统的热冲压加工工艺进行分析,发现其存在加工工艺复杂且能量消耗大的缺点。针对此问题,提出了一种汽车V形扭梁的新加工方法,并利用Abaqus有限元分析软件对新方法和传统热冲压法加工的V形扭梁进行了仿真分析与对比。通过比较2种方法的能量消耗,发现新方法在节能方面更加具备优势。The conventional hot pressing process for the rear wheel V-shaped torsion beam of the automobile was analyzed. The defects of complex process and large energy consumption were discovered.Therefore, a new method for the forming of V-shaped torsion beam was proposed, and simulation of thenew forming method and the traditional hot press forming of V-shaped torsion beam was carried outwith the FEM software Abaqus. By comparing energy consumption of the two forming process, it is found that the new method is more effective in saving energy.
