摘 要:通过高温测试平台测得氧化锆样品的介电常数值随温度变化的变化曲线,确定氧化锆介电常数随温度突变的突变温度为600℃左右的基础上,针对微波烧结氧化锆低温段升温缓慢,浪费能量的缺点,提出在突变温度点转变烧结方式,突变温度前采用常规烧结,突变温度后采用微波烧结,即常规-微波混合烧结。分实验对照两组分别研究了常规烧结和常规-微波混合烧结两种烧结方式对氧化锆牙块的密度、维氏硬度、断裂韧性、双轴弯曲强度和半透性的影响。并通过扫描电镜(sem)对氧化锆的微观形貌进行了表征。实验结果表明,与常规烧结相比,常规-微波混合烧结的氧化锆晶粒之间更为紧密,晶界结合更好,气孔少,材料烧结成瓷。在密度、维氏硬度、断裂韧性、双轴弯曲强度以及半透性方面常规—微波混合烧结均优于常规烧结。The change curve of the dielectric constant of zirconia samples with the change of temperature is measured by a high temperature testing platform.On the basis of determining the mutation temperature of zirconia dielectric constant,which varied suddenly,is about 600 degrees.In view of the slow temperature rise and waste energy of the microwave sintered zirconia,it is proposed to change the sintering mode at the point of sudden change of temperature.That is,conventional sintering is used before the mutation temperature,and microwave sintering is used after the sudden change of temperature,which is also called conventional and microwave sintering.The specimens were divided into two groups by conventional sintering and conventional microwave sintering on the Zirconia dental block respectively,which is to evaluate the effect of two kinds of sintering methods on density,Vickers hardness,fracture toughness,biaxial flexural strength and translucency of Dental Zirconia Ceramics.And the microstructure of zirconia was characterised by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that,compared with the conventional sintering,the grains of conventional microwave sintering are more compact,the pores are less,and the material is sintered into porcelain.Two kinds of sintering methods are similar in changing the density for zirconia.The conventional microwave sintering is superior to conventional sintering in the Vickers hardness,fracture toughness,biaxial flexural strength and translucency.
