摘  要:小直径套管完井工艺是实现老井侧钻挖潜重要手段之一,而压裂是低渗透油田的主要增产措施。本文针对低渗透油田侧钻小直径套管井压裂中存在的问题分别从配套封隔器及工具、压裂液优选以及完井工艺技术优化等3方面开展研究,研制出小直径套管用的DK344-78封隔器具有承压高、易解封、施工简单等特点,可以实现护套压裂;优选超低浓度胍胶高效交联低伤害泡沫压裂液体系,有效降低压裂液的滤失、弯曲摩阻和储层伤害,配套并优化井下工艺管柱和施工工艺确保井口压力正常;现场实施12井次,施工成功率为100%,截止到目前,累积增产原油量为2537t,增气638×10~4 m^3。该工艺技术施工简单,增产效果显著,适用于低渗透油藏老井挖潜,可以降低油田开发成本,具有一定推广前景。The small diameter casing completion technology is one of the important means to realize the side drilling of the old well. In this paper, the problems in the fracturing of small diameter casing Wells in the side drilling of low permeability oil field are studied from three aspects, including supporting packer and tool, optimal selection of {rac turing fluid and optimization of completion technology, the development of DK344 78 packer and related tools, can a thieve the sheath fracturing, has the characteristics of high pressure sealing, simple construction and easy. At the same time, preferably ultra low concentration crosslinked guar gum, low damage fracturing fluid system can reduce the fracturing fluid filtration and reduced bending friction, supporting the underground pipe string, optimization of the fracturing process to ensure normal wellhead pressure, reduce reservoir damage. The implementation of the 12 wells in the construction site, the success rate of 100% , up until the end of December 2016,the cumulative produc tion capacity of 2537 tons of crude oil, gas 6 million 380 thousand. The technology of low construction difficulty, has good effect of increasing oil, suitable for low permeability reservoir oilfield, can reduce the cost of oilfield devel opment and has a certain popularization prospect.
