摘  要:制作了一种基于细芯光纤TCF(Thin-Core Fiber)和双球结构的干涉型光纤传感器。在两根单模光纤的一端分别制作球形结构,两个球形结构由细芯光纤相连构成MZ干涉结构,实现了对温度、折射率、拉力3个物理量的测量。实验结果表明,温度、折射率、拉力的灵敏度分别是0.066 5 nm/℃、-33.652 nm/RIU、-0.360 8 nm/N,且线性度良好。该传感结构在环境监测、医疗卫生和安全监测等领域有着广泛的应用。An interferometric optical fiber sensor based on thin-core fiber and double spherical-shape structure is fabricated.Two spherical-shape structures are fabricated on one end of two single-mode fiber,respectively. Then they are connected by a thin-core fiber to form a MZ interference structure,which is used to measure three physical quantities of temperature,refractive index and force.The experimental results show that the sensitivity of temperature,refractive index and tensile force are 0.066 5 nm/℃,-33.652 nm/RIU,-0.360 8 nm/N,respectively. And the linearity are good. The sensing structure is widely used in environmental monitoring,medical,health and safety monitoring.
