摘  要:文章详细探讨了抗紫外PA6母粒纤维的制备过程、生产流程和工艺条件,结果表明:通过高低混将功能性粉体包覆在PA6切片上,然后经双螺杆挤出造粒后的功能母粒其功能性更为持久和显著,而且纺丝过程中分散均匀性比较好,不容易出现飘丝、断丝等现象。母粒制备中,分散剂的选择和使用对于纺丝是否成功是关键因素,所纺的抗紫外PA6纤维制成织物穿在人体身上可以有效防止或减弱紫外线对人体的伤害,而且织物能够在持续洗涤的状态下,仍然保持良好的远红外功能。Ultraviolet resistant fiber PA6 masterbatch is discussed in detail in the paper, the preparation process, production process and process condition, which the results showed that the functional powder coated by high - low mixed on PA6 slice. Then after the double screw extrusion granulation functional masterbatch functionality- is more lasting and significant, and in the process of spinning disperse uniformity is good, the phenomenon was not easy to appear the phenomena such as silk, broken wires and so on. The selection and use of dispersants is the key factor for spinning successfully in the masterbatch preparation, which the ultraviolet resistant PA6 spinning fiber fabric wore on the body can effectively prevent or weaken the uv damage to human body. And the fabric can still keep good far infrared function in the condition of continuous washing.
