摘  要:针对新时代高等学校师德建设面临的新问题、新挑战,以马克思主义伦理学的基本原理为指导,着重阐述高校教师道德建设应遵循的崇高原则、育人原则、为人师表和协同施教原则,剖析了师德修养的高要求性、高自觉性、艰巨性和长期性特征,从提高道德认识、坚定道德意志、强化反身教育、勤于社会实践四个方面探索了加强高校教师师德修养的基本途径和方法。Considering the new problems and challenges faced by the ideological and moral construction of colleges and universities in the new era, guided by the basic principles of Marxist ethics, special emphasis is laid on the analysis on the principles of teacher's moral cultivation: loftines, cultivation, modelling coordindting, and features of teachers' moral cultivation, i.e. high requirements, high awareness, enormity,permanance, were analyzed, and elementary paths and methods were deeply explored in four aspects:improving moral cognition, strengthening self-reflecting education, conducting social practice.
