我国体育场馆供给存在的问题及创新路径

摘　　要：采用实地调查、专家访谈等研究方法对我国体育场馆的供给问题进行了研究。体育场馆供给主要存在以下问题:场馆供给严重不足与大量闲置设施之间的矛盾突出;大型体育场馆空间布局不均衡导致体育公共服务供给不均等;场馆的功能定位失衡;运营成本较高,功能过于单一等。据此提出以下创新路径:最大化地利用土地资源,实现场馆高效供给,提高设施利用率;科学选址,提高场馆公共服务能力;明确场馆功能定位,充分了解群众的体育需求;改变传统场馆经营模式,引入市场机制,打造体育服务综合体;采用适当的改革路径,转变场馆管理体制。With the research methods of field investigation and expert interview,the paper researches the supply of the spots stadiums and gyms in China.There are problems in the supply of sports stadiums and gyms in China.The supply of sports stadiums and gyms is inadequate while there are many idle sports facilities.The unbalanced spatial distribution of sports stadiums and gyms causes the unbalanced public sports service supply.The functions of sports stadiums and gyms are unbalanced.The operation cost of sports stadiums and gyms is high.The paper proposes to make full use of land resources,conduct effective supply of sports stadiums and gyms,improve the utility of sports stadiums,make scientific choice of location,improve the public service ability of sports stadiums,clarify the function orientation of sports stadiums,change the traditional operation mode of sports stadiums,create the sports service combination and change the management system of the sports stadiums.
