摘 要:采用紫外光诱导返黄的方法,设定不同的照射时间,使用白度损失(ΔR)、返黄值(PC值)及色差(ΔE~*)等返黄指标对废纸脱墨浆纸张返黄性能进行综合评价;通过回归分析建立了废纸脱墨浆光诱导返黄数学模型。结果表明,ΔR、PC值和ΔE~*与b~*呈线性关系;在给定的光诱导条件下,随着紫外光照射时间的延长,纸浆ΔR、PC值和ΔE~*均不断增大,且是一个先快速后慢速的返黄过程;废纸脱墨浆的ΔR、PC值和ΔE~*与紫外光照射时间呈分段线性关系,且氢氧化镁基过氧化氢漂白浆(P_(Mg(OH)_2))比氢氧化钠基过氧化氢漂白浆(P_(NaOH))的白度稳定性高;建立的废纸脱墨浆光诱导返黄数学模型具有良好的适应性。UV light was used to accelerate the yellowing of the deinked pulps (unbleached pulp, PNaOH bleached pulp, PMg(OH)2 bleached pulp) , and three evaluation indicators of pulp brightness loss, PC nmnber and chromatic aberration were used in combination to evaluate their yellowing behaviour. And a mathematical model describing photoyellowing of deinked pulp was established. The results showed that pulp brightness loss, PC nmnber and chromatic aberration had a linear relationship with b . With the time of UV irradiation increasing, the pulp brightness loss, PC number and chromatic aberration increased continuously and the yellowing speed declined from fast to slow. The brightness stability of PMg(OH)2 bleached pulp was better than PNaOH bleached pulp. And the established mathematical model was generally applicable.
