摘　　要：本文对地下建筑工程渗漏的类型、渗漏原因及渗漏造成的危害进行了系统分析,论述了地下工程渗漏治理的基本原则与技术措施及变形缝、施工缝和穿墙管根部等细部节点渗漏治理的基本要点。The leakage types, reasons and harms caused of underground construction are systemically analyzed in this paper. The basic principles and technical measures of treatment measures to leakage of underground construction, the deformation joints, construction joints and detail joints such as wall pipe bottoms etc. are discussed.
