摘  要:随着建筑设计防火规范的实施,外墙外保温系统对保温材料的防火性能要求大幅度提升,市场上传统的有机板材已经没有竞争优势,取而代之的是大量的无机保温材料。通过市场调研和对比分析,目前市场可接受的无机保温材料非常稀缺。岩棉作为传统无机保温材料,具有较多的应用案例,相对成熟。但岩棉自身强度差、吸水量高、施工过程难度大,质量难以控制,需要通过材料深加工以及合理的构造设计,解决其自身缺陷,确保工程质量。本文介绍了一种增强竖丝岩棉复合板外墙外保温系统的研究,通过对岩棉芯材、包裹材料、包覆方式的研究,确定了采用竖丝岩棉为复合板芯材、耐碱玻纤网为加强配筋、憎水型聚合物无机保温砂浆为涂覆材料四面包裹涂覆成型增强竖丝岩棉复合板的方案。经过对比分析,竖丝岩棉在经过深加工后,各项性能大幅度提升,用于外保温系统可以实现以粘为主的抗风压安全性。同时,本文针对板材的特点提出了合理的外保温系统构造方案,解决了岩棉用于外墙外保温系统过程中的安全隐患。With the implementation of the regulation for fre protection design of buildings, there are increasing requirements for the fire resistance of insulation materials of the external thermal insulation system. The conventional organic boards on the market, which are no longer competitive, are replaced with large quantities of inorganic insulation materials. According to the market research and comparative analysis, current market is short of acceptable inorganic insulation materials. Rock wool as a conventional inorganic insulation material applied in many projects, is considered as a relatively mature insulation material. Because of the poor strength and high water-absorption capacity as well as diffculties in construction and quality control, rock wool needs deep processing and reasonable structural design to ensure the engineering quality.This paper introduces the study on the external thermal insulation system based on the reinforced vertical-fber rock-wool composite board. By studying the rock cool core, coating material and coating method, a reinforced vertical-fber rock-wool composite board is proposed. The composite board core is formed of vertical-fber rock wool, the reinforcement is composed of alkali-resistant glass fber mesh, and the coating is made of hydrophobic polymer type inorganic thermal insulation mortar. The comparative analysis shows that the properties of vertical-fber rock wool after deep processing are greatly improved. The external thermal insulation system (bonding based) has the wind pressure safety when it is made of reinforced vertical-fber rock-wool composite board. Meanwhile, this paper puts forward a reasonable structure to solve the safety risks of the external thermal insulation system based on the rock wool.
