农户农地转出行为诱因及对其生计能力的影响研究

摘　　要：文章利用六盘山集中连片特困区752户农户调研数据,构建农地转出行为的微观经济模型,运用Double Hurdle模型分析农户农地转出决策和转出规模两个阶段的影响因素,在测算农户生计能力五个维度各指标组合权重的基础上进一步分析农户农地转出决策、转出规模对其生计能力的影响。结果表明:显著影响农户农地转出决策和转出规模的因素具有一定的差异。农业生产能力、土地投资意愿、农地流转价格了解程度、谈判时间、有无固定期限合约、流转纠纷和地区虚拟变量显著影响农户农地转出决策;农业生产能力、土地投资意愿、谈判时间、流转纠纷和地区虚拟变量显著影响农户农地转出规模。农户农地转出决策对农户的自然资本、物质资本产生显著的影响;而农户农地转出规模对农户的物质资本、金融资本和社会资本有显著的影响。Based on the data of 752 households in the contiguous destitute areas of the Liupan Mountain,this paper constructs a microeconomic model about the incentive of peasant households who rent out the land. The Double Hurdle Model is used to analyze the influencing factors of peasant households' land transfer decision and transfer scale. With the calculation of combination weighting including five indicators of peasant households' livelihood ability,this paper analyzes the influence on their livelihood ability exerted by land transfer decision and transfer scale. The results show as follows: There are some differences in the factors about land transfer decision and transfer scale. The capacity of agricultural production,the will of land investment,the understanding of transfer price,negotiation time,fixed term contracts,transfer disputes and regional dummy variable have significant influence on peasant households despite the necessity to rent out the land. The capacity of agricultural production,the will of land investment,negotiation time,transfer dispute and regional dummy variable significantly affect farmer's transfer scale. We also find that land transfer decision has impact on the peasant households' natural capital and physical capital,and the transfer scale influences mainly physical capital,financial capital and social capital.
