摘  要:为使纳米碳酸钙(NCC)呈现分散型颗粒特征以提高其功能作用,对NCC颗粒的聚集行为和水介质中NCC聚团体的解聚、分散及其特征进行研究。结果表明,NCC颗粒粒径约为50~100 nm,彼此以较强作用结合成中位径d(0.5)=1.799μm、表面积平均径D[3,2]=1.412μm的聚团体,对添加聚丙烯酸钠CD458的NCC悬浮体进行高速搅拌和超声波振荡可使聚团体得到有效解聚并良好分散,其解聚产物的D[3,2]分别减小至160、146 nm,d(0.5)分别减小至263、158 nm。In order to make nano-calcium carbonate(NCC)exhibit dispersed particle characteristics and to improve its functional role, the aggregate behavior and the disaggregation,dispersion characteristics of NCC particles in water medium were studied. The results show that the particle size of NCC is between 50~100 nm, and the NCC particles combined strongly to form aggregates, the median diameter d(0.5) and surface area average diameter D [3, 2] are 1.799 μm and 1.412 μm respectively.High-speed agitation and ultrasonic oscillations of NCC suspensions with the addition of sodium polyacrylate CD458 can achieve effective disaggregation and dispersion of NCC aggregates, through which, the D [3, 2] of the disaggregation product decreases to 160 and 146 nm, and the d(0.5) decreases to263 and 158 nm respectively.
