摘 要:为了提高聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)超滤膜的水通量、抗污染能力和使用寿命,对PVDF膜进行亲水化改性.将有机-无机材料共混杂化,选取4A沸石分子筛作为无机添加剂引入PVDF/SMA-g-PEG有机基体中,制备4A沸石分子筛/PVDF/SMA-g-PEG杂化膜.分别采用扫描电子显微镜和傅里叶红外光谱仪观察了膜样品的表面结构.测定膜样品孔隙率达76.31%,纯水通量为700.30L/(m^2·h),对牛血清蛋白的截留率为65.5%,污染后纯水通量恢复率为94.6%,膜样品在100s内接触角的变化率逐渐增大.膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率在4A分子筛质量分数为16%时,与PVDF膜相比分别增长了84.9%和213.6%.4A沸石分子筛质量分数为16%的4A分子筛/PVDF/SMA-g-PEG共混膜的亲水性、抗污染性和力学性能均高于PVDF膜,故其应用前景广阔.In order to improve the water flux,anti-fouling ability and service life of PVDF ultrafiltration membrane,hydrophilic modification of PVDF membrane was carried out.4 Azeolite molecular sieve as inorganic additive was introduced into PVDF/SMA-g-PEG matrix to prepare 4 Azeolite/PVDF/SMA-gPEG membrane.The membrane sample porosity was 76.31%,pure water flux was 700.30 L/(m^2·h),the retention of BSA was 65.5%,pure water flux recovery rate was 94.6% and the change rate of 100 s contact angle increased gradually.The tensile strength and elongation at break increased by 84.9% and213.6%respectively when the mass fraction of 4 Azeolite was 16%.The hydrophilicity,anti-fouling and mechanical properties of 16% 4 Azeolite/PVDF/SMA-g-PEG blend membrane were higher than those of PVDF membrane,so the application prospect of the membrane is broad.
