摘 要:为了探讨通过高校体育拓展训练开发大学生心理资本的可行性,采用逻辑分析与比较研究等研究方法对高校体育拓展训练的特点、功能及其教学大纲的主要目的、基本要素进行了论证分析,认为高校体育拓展训练无论是教学目的还是教学模式与手段都适宜于整体开发大学生心理资本,研究不仅为开发大学生心理资本提供了新的思路和途径,还能通过抛砖引玉,引发后续研究者对这种教学模式的有效性做进一步的验证或提出更为有效的教学模式与手段。Psychological capital is a kind of positive mental state which the individual shows in the process of growth and development,which developable characteristics and high rate of return are constantly inspiring researchers' enthusiasm. In order to explore whether the university sports expansion training is suitable for developing psychological capital of college students,this paper use the research methods such as logic analysis and comparative study on the characteristics and functions of the expansion training and the main purpose and basic elements of its syllabus. And the results show the teaching mode is suitable for developing college students' psychological capital as a whole,both for the teaching purpose and the teaching mode and means. Therefore,this paper not only provides new ideas and ways for the integrative development of college students' psychological capital,but also can be used to induce subsequent researchers to do further verificationverify for this teaching mode or to propose more effective teaching modes and means.
