摘　　要：临床路径是医院标准体系中的一个关键内容,作为一种管理工具成为质量管控的重要手段,随着大数据时代信息化和相关技术的发展有了更好的发展机遇。北京肿瘤医院乳腺癌预防治疗中心和相关团队共同开发的基于循证医学证据、依托预结构化信息化平台和先进的后结构化技术的单病种临床路径智能全程管理系统,系统具有规范诊疗行为,减少临床工作量、避免医疗差错、提高临床路径入径率、提高临床科研质量和效率等优势,在临床科室管理、临床科研管理、患者获益、卫生经济学等方面有较好的应用和推广价值。Clinical Pathway is a key content in the hospital standard system. As a management tool,it becomes an important means of quality control and management. With the development of information technology and related technology in the big data era,there are better opportunities for development. Beijing Cancer Hospital Breast Center and related research group have developed an EBM based whole-course intelligent management system for the Clinical Pathway of single disease,depending on the structured information platform and post structured technology.Intelligent management system promotes standard diagnosis and treatment,enables lessening of clinical workload and decline of clinical errors, and improves clinical access rate and scientific research efficiency. Thus, intelligent management system has good application value in clinical department management and clinical research management,and has health economics value for further promotion.
