摘 要:采用高效SCR脱硝技术建立了侧线试验装置,处理丙烯腈催化剂生产中的NO_x废气,并进行了工艺条件优化。采用的催化过滤组合件中,催化剂质量组成为:V2O5 1%~5%,WO3 5%~10%,Mo O3 5%~10%,其余均为TiO_2。研究结果表明,在反应温度为320℃,氨氮比为1.5(物质的量之比),空速(GHSV)为2 000 h-1,常压下,NO_x转化率可达到95%,外排放尾气中NO_x浓度小于75 mg/m3,符合国家及上海市废气排放有关标准,可用于丙烯腈催化剂生产装置的NO_x废气处理。A high efficient SCR denitrification technology was used to establish a bypass experiment device to treat NO_x exhaust gas in the production of acrylonitrile catalysts, and the process conditions were optimized. In the catalytic filter assembly used, the mass composition of the catalyst was V_2O_5(1%-5%), WO3(5%-10%), MoO_3(5%-10%) and the rest was TiO_2. Results showed that NO_x conversion rate could reach 95% under the conditions of reaction temperature 320 ℃, molar ratio of NH3 to NO_x 1.5, gas hourly space velocity(GHSV) 2 000 h-1 and atmospheric pressure. The NO_x concentration in the exhaust emissions was less than 75 mg/m3 which was in compliance with the state and Shanghai emissions standards. The efficient SCR denitrification technology can be used for the NO_x exhaust gas treatment of acrylonitrile catalyst production plant.
