摘  要:文章通过经济性抗CO_2腐蚀油井管用钢15Cr3MoVTi钢种CCT曲线测定得出,实验钢Ac1为659℃,Ac3为834℃。在此基础上设计了四种热处理工艺,热处理后的力学性能检验显示,回火温度升高60℃,屈服强度降低约130 MPa,抗拉强度降低约150 MPa,延伸率有所改善,但变化不明显,冲击韧性随着回火温度的增加取得显著效果,相较于580℃回火,640℃回火冲击韧性提高1.4倍。In the paper,it is introduced the Ac1 of test steel was 659 ℃ and Ac3 of test steel was 834 ℃,which were determined with CCT curve of 15 Cr3 Mo VTi steel for economical anti CO_2 corrosion oil well tube. Four heat treatment processes are designed based on them. The inspection of mechanical properties after heat treatment showed that the tempering temperature was increased by 60 ℃,the yield strength was decreased by about 130 MPa,the tensile strength was decreased by about 150 MPa and the elongation was improved,but it was not obvious. The impact toughness was significantly improved with the increase of tempering temperature. The impact toughness with tempering of 640 ℃ was 1. 4 times higher than that with tempering of 580 ℃.
