摘 要:文章主要采用优化LF炉渣系及其VD炉工艺,通过改善连铸工艺及控制轧制温度等对GCr15轴承钢进行工艺改进,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,工艺改进后,GCr15轴承钢的表面氧化层厚度减少,并且改善了GCr15轴承钢的纯净度和线材的表面质量及其热轧金相组织。In the paper,the process of GCr15 bearing steel is improved by optimizing the LF slags and VD furnace process as well as improving the continuous casting process and controlling the rolling temperature. Moreover,its performances were studied. The results showed that the thickness of oxide layer on the surface of GCr15 bearing steel was reduced,the purity of GCr15 bearing steel,the surface quality and hot rolling metallographic structure of wire rod were improved after the process improvement.
